Dr. Arnold Kammel

Secretary General of Austria Institut für Europa- und Sicherheitspolitik

Arnold Kammel studied Law and Political Science in Graz, Vienna and Alcalá de Henares (Madrid) and holds a Doctor of Law degree of the University of Graz. He obtained a Master of Arts in Business from the University of Applied Sciences in Eisenstadt. In 2004 Arnold Kammel became a research fellow at the Austrian Institute for European and Security Policy (AIES). Since 2007, Arnold Kammel is the Secretary General of the AIES.

Chairman of the Implementation Group (IG)

Dirk Dubois works in the Belgian Defence Headquarters/General Directorate for Education where he is the Head of the Division External Relation. In 2013 he was appointed to the Chairman of the Implementation Group (IG).

Mr. Michal Matyasik, Ph.D.

Assistant Professor at the Institute of Political Science and International Relations – Jagiellonian University in Cracow.

Michal Matyasik took part in a mission in Afghanistan as a civilian member, he works closely with military units – in Poland especially with the Polish Special Forces – to develop a mutual understanding for “comprehensive approach”.
